BIOGRAPHY
Tom Carricato grew up in the Harrisburg area impressed with his
father's building skills and knowing that someday he, too, would
be a builder. As a teenager and after high school, Tom worked alongside
his father painting, remodeling, and building additions. Tom took
over the business in 1965 and started building custom homes in 1970.
The apprentice had come full circle when Michael, Tom's father,
began working for Tom.
Today, using a CAD program, Tom himself draws the design for every
home he builds. Tom sits down with his clients--who might or might
not have a sketch, idea, or cut-out picture of what they want in
a home--and begins. No matter how many hours, days, or weeks it
takes, the clients will have a unique home plan. Now that is true
customizing!
| Tom's love for building begins with
his clients' dreams, carries through the design and construction,
and culminates in service that never ends. He is fully committed
to customer service and has earned an excellent reputation for
his focus in this area. Service also means that his clients
are given a homeowners' manual created by the Carricato staff
that guides them through the entire building process
selections, schedules, warranty program everything to
help make the adventure of building their home a pleasant and
rewarding one. |
